Please note effective January 1, 2013, the rules for the Sapphire Valley
Resort amenity cards have changed: All amenity cards for short-term
vacation rentals will be $2.00/per day, per person, 14 and over, for a
minimum of three days, for your entire rental period. We will include
in your check-in package this information for you to pick up cards directly
from the Sapphire Valley Master Association at the Resort Community Center.
Tax of
10.75% is to be added
to all rental amounts: 6.75% state tax, 4% county occupancy tax, effective
1-1-13.
All units (unless otherwise
noted) have air conditioning, cable or satellite television, washer/dryer, microwave,
fireplace. Linens included. A starter supply of bar soap and toilet
tissue is included in the rental; however, tenant is responsible for paper
products, cleaning supplies, etc. Kitchen equipped with coffee makers, toasters and
basic kitchen supplies (call for any specifics).
Refundable security deposits required.
NO PETS; ask for any exceptions; if pets are allowed, a non-refundable $65.00
pet fee will be incurred. All our rentals are non-smoking. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time
is 10 a.m. We reserve the right to set revised minimum stays during prime
season. A housekeeping charge will be added to rentals for three nights or
less.
