Please note that renters are
required to pay $15.00 per card, per person, per 14 day period, for access to Sapphire Valley
amenities (for those 14 and over). Tax of 9.75% is to be added
to all rental amounts: 6.75% state tax, 3% county occupancy tax. All units (unless otherwise
noted) have air conditioning, cable or satellite television, washer/dryer, microwave,
fireplace. Linens included. A starter supply of bar soap and toilet
tissue is included in the rental; however, tenant is responsible for paper
products, cleaning supplies, etc. Kitchen equipped with coffee makers, toasters and
basic kitchen supplies (call for any specifics). Refundable security deposits required.
NO PETS; ask for any exceptions; if pets are allowed, a non-refundable $65.00
pet fee will be incurred. All our rentals are non-smoking. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time
is 10 a.m. We reserve the right to set revised minimum stays during prime
