to all rental amounts: 7.75% state tax, 3% county occupancy tax. All units (unless otherwise
noted) have air conditioning, cable or satellite television, washer/dryer, microwave,
fireplace. Linens included. A starter supply of bar soap and toilet
tissue is included in the rental; however, tenant is responsible for paper
products, cleaning supplies, etc. Kitchen equipped with coffee makers, toasters and
basic kitchen supplies (call for any specifics). Refundable deposits required.
NO PETS. Most are non-smoking units. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time
is 10 a.m. We reserve the right to set revised minimum stays during prime
